Tietosuojaseloste:

Tervetuloa verkkosivustolle https://www.plusnutrition.fi (jäljempänä ’Sivusto’).

Ymmärrämme, että yksityisyyden suoja verkossa on tärkeää Sivustomme käyttäjille, erityisesti asiointia tehtäessä. Tässä Tietosuojaselosteessa kuvataan henkilötietojen käsittelykäytäntömme, jotka koskevat kaikkia Sivustolla vierailevia käyttäjiä (jäljempänä ’Käyttäjät’) ja PLuS Nutrition Oy:n tarjoamia Palveluita käyttäviä asiakkaita (jäljempänä ’Asiakkaat’).

Tämä seloste täyttää EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) ja Suomen tietosuojalain asettamat tiedonantovelvoitteet.

”Henkilötiedot”

”Henkilötiedoilla” tarkoitetaan kaikkia tunnistettuun tai tunnistettavissa olevaan luonnolliseen henkilöön (rekisteröityyn) liittyviä tietoja.

Tällaisia tietoja ovat muun muassa: nimi, osoite, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite, taloudelliset tiedot, kansallinen henkilötunnus tai muut verkkotunnisteet (kuten IP-osoitteet). Henkilötietoihin ei lueta tietoja, jotka on käsitelty siten, etteivät ne enää liity tunnistettuun tai tunnistettavissa olevaan luonnolliseen henkilöön (anonyymit tiedot).

Mitä henkilötietoja keräämme?

Voimme kerätä perustiedot käyttäjäprofiileista kaikilta Sivustollamme vierailevilta Käyttäjiltä. Asiakkailtamme keräämme lisäksi seuraavat tiedot, jotka ovat tarpeen Palvelun toimittamiseksi ja sopimuksen täytäntöönpanemiseksi: nimi, sähköpostiosoite, puhelinnumero, osoite, joukkue, seura, yritys.

Mille tahoille tietoja luovutetaan?

Tietoja kerätään suoraan meidän lisäksemme tietyt kolmannen osapuolen palveluntarjoajat, joita käytämme Palvelun toteuttamiseen (kuten maksupalveluntarjoajat, logistiikkakumppanit ja IT-palveluiden tarjoajat).

Käytämme myös muita kolmansia osapuolia, jotka voivat kerätä tietoja itsenäisesti (esim. sosiaalisen median palvelut evästeiden kautta).

Me (rekisterinpitäjänä) vastaamme siitä, että kaikki palveluntarjoajamme käsittelevät henkilötietoja lainmukaisesti ja noudattavat antamiamme ohjeita.

Mihin tarkoituksiin henkilötietoja käytetään?

Käytämme henkilötietoja seuraaviin tarkoituksiin, kullakin tarkoituksella on lainmukainen oikeusperuste:

1. Palvelun tarjoaminen ja sopimuksen täytäntöönpano (Oikeusperuste: Sopimus):

Sivuston mukauttamiseen, asianmukaisten palvelutarjousten tekemiseen sekä osto- ja myyntipyyntöjen täyttämiseen Sivustolla.

2. Asiakasviestintä ja tiedusteluihin vastaaminen (Oikeusperuste: Sopimus/Oikeutettu etu):

Käyttäjiin ja Asiakkaisiin yhteyden ottamiseen vastaamaan erityisiin tiedusteluihin tai tarjoamaan pyydettyjä tietoja.

3. Suoramarkkinointi (Oikeusperuste: Oikeutettu etu tai Suostumus):

Voimme lähettää käyttäjille ja asiakkaille sähköpostia sivuston aiheeseen liittyvistä tutkimus-, osto- tai myyntimahdollisuuksista.

Kenen kanssa henkilötietoja jaetaan tai luovutetaan?

Jaamme henkilötietoja vain tarvittavilta osin seuraavien tahojen kanssa:

Palveluiden tekninen toteuttaminen: Kolmansien osapuolten palveluntarjoajat (esim. maksujen käsittelijät, IT-palvelut), jotka käsittelevät tietoja meidän puolestamme ja ohjeidemme mukaisesti. Olemme tehneet heidän kanssaan pakolliset tietojenkäsittelysopimukset.
Lakisääteiset velvoitteet: Viranomaiset lain edellyttämissä tapauksissa.
Konserniyritykset: Tytär- tai sisaryhtiöidemme kanssa (konsernin sisäiset siirrot).

Tietojen jakaminen muiden asiakkaiden kanssa:

Emme jaa asiakkaidemme henkilötietoja (esim. nimi, sähköpostiosoite) muille asiakkaille mahdollisten liiketoimien arviointia varten ilman Rekisteröidyn erillistä ja nimenomaista suostumusta. Jos Sivustollamme on toiminnallisuus, joka mahdollistaa tietojen jakamisen kahden asiakkaan välillä, pyydämme siihen aina sinulta etukäteen suostumuksen (GDPR Art. 6(1)a).

Yhteenvetotietojen jakaminen:

Voimme jakaa anonymisoituja tai aggregoituja tietoja (jotka eivät ole enää henkilötietoja) sidosryhmiemme ja kolmannen osapuolen kumppaneidemme kanssa markkinointitarkoituksiin tai Sivuston kehittämiseen.

Markkinoinnin Vastaanotosta Kieltäytyminen

Sinulla on aina oikeus kieltäytyä vastaanottamasta meiltä markkinointiviestintää. Voit tehdä sen noudattamalla markkinointisähköpostien lopussa olevia ohjeita tai ottamalla meihin yhteyttä osoitteessa info@plusnutrition.fi.

Miten henkilötietoja säilytetään ja suojataan?

Henkilötietoja säilytetään luottamuksellisesti ja ne on asianmukaisesti suojattu.

Tietoturvatoimenpiteet

Käytämme asianmukaisia teknisiä ja organisatorisia suojatoimia henkilötietojen suojaamiseksi luvattomalta pääsyltä, luovuttamiselta, tuhoutumiselta ja muulta laittomalta käsittelyltä. Näihin toimenpiteisiin kuuluvat:

Pääsynhallinta: Henkilötietoihin on pääsy vain niillä PLuS Nutrition Oy:n työntekijöillä tai alihankkijoilla, joiden työtehtävät sitä ehdottomasti edellyttävät. Pääsy on suojattu henkilökohtaisilla käyttäjätunnuksilla ja salasanoilla.
Fyysinen turvallisuus: Tiedot säilytetään suojatuissa palvelinkeskuksissa, ja fyysinen pääsy niihin on rajoitettu.
Tiedon siirto: Arkaluonteiset tiedot, kuten maksutiedot, suojataan alan standardien mukaisilla salausprotokollilla (esim. SSL/TLS) siirron aikana.

Säilytysaika

Säilytämme henkilötietoja vain niin kauan kuin se on tarpeen tässä Tietosuojaselosteessa määriteltyjen käyttötarkoitusten toteuttamiseksi (esimerkiksi niin kauan kuin asiakassuhde on voimassa) tai noudattaaksemme lakisääteisiä velvoitteitamme.

Säilytysaika määräytyy ensisijaisesti sovellettavan lainsäädännön (esim. kirjanpitolaki, joka velvoittaa säilyttämään tilaus- ja maksutietoja 6 vuotta) ja tarpeen mukaan asiakassuhteen keston perusteella. Kun tietoja ei enää tarvita, ne poistetaan tai anonymisoidaan turvallisesti.

Mitä valintoja ja oikeuksia sinulla on tietojen keräämiseen, käyttöön ja luovutukseen liittyen?

Käyttäjillä ja Asiakassopimuksen tehneillä henkilöillä on oikeus kieltäytyä vastaanottamasta meiltä tai puolestamme toimivilta tahoilta suoramarkkinointia.

Huomautus: GDPR antaa sinulle useita muita oikeuksia, kuten oikeuden päästä omiin tietoihisi, oikeuden tietojen korjaamiseen ja oikeuden tulla unohdetuksi. Nämä oikeudet on kuvattu tarkemmin Tietosuojaselosteen osiossa ”Sinun oikeutesi”.

Evästeet

Eväste on pieni tekstitiedosto, jonka verkkosivusto tallentaa Käyttäjän laitteelle ja jonka selain lähettää takaisin verkkosivustolle jokaisella paluukerralla.

Käytämme evästeitä ja muita vastaavia tekniikoita tiedon keräämiseen ja Palvelun toiminnan varmistamiseen.

Lainmukainen käyttö: Käytämme välttämättömiä evästeitä Sivuston tekniseen toimintaan ilman erillistä suostumusta. Muita kuin välttämättömiä evästeitä (esim. analytiikka, markkinointi) käytetään vain, jos olet antanut siihen aktiivisen suostumuksesi evästeasetusten kautta.

Voit hallinnoida evästeasetuksiasi milloin tahansa. Jos et hyväksy kaikkia evästeitä, jotkin Palvelumme toiminnot eivät välttämättä toimi tarkoitetulla tavalla. Tarkemmat tiedot käytetyistä evästeistä ja niiden hallinnasta löydät erilliseltä Evästekäytäntö-sivultamme.

Käytetäänkö Sivustolla evästeitä?

Kyllä, Sivustolla käytetään evästeitä ja muita vastaavia tekniikoita useisiin tarkoituksiin:

Toiminnallisuus ja turvallisuus (Välttämättömät evästeet): Käytämme evästeitä turvallisuustarkoituksiin Asiakkaiden suojelemiseksi. Esimerkiksi, jos Asiakas on kirjautunut sisään eikä Sivustoa käytetä yli 10 minuuttiin, kirjaamme Asiakkaan automaattisesti ulos. Näitä evästeitä tarvitaan Sivuston asianmukaiseen toimintaan.
Käyttökokemuksen parantaminen (Ei-välttämättömät evästeet): Käytämme evästeitä keräämään tietoa Käyttäjien mieltymyksistä ja valitsemistaan palveluista, jotta voimme mukauttaa ja parantaa käyttökokemusta.

Huomautus Suostumuksesta:

Käytämme ei-välttämättömiä evästeitä (kohdassa 2) ainoastaan, jos olet antanut siihen aktiivisen suostumuksesi Sivustolla esitettävän evästebannerin kautta. Jos et hyväksy näitä evästeitä, jotkin Sivuston ominaisuudet eivät välttämättä toimi oikein.

Palveluntarjoajiemme käyttämät evästeet

Palveluntarjoajamme (esim. analytiikka- ja markkinointikumppanit) käyttävät evästeitä, ja nämä evästeet voivat tallentua laitteellesi vieraillessasi Sivustollamme.

Evästeiden asettaminen tapahtuu ainoastaan sen jälkeen, kun olet antanut siihen suostumuksen evästeasetusten kautta.

Voit löytää yksityiskohtaisempia tietoja siitä, mitä evästeitä käytetään ja miten voit hallinnoida niitä, erilliseltä Evästekäytäntö-sivultamme.

Mihin tarkoituksiin PLuS Nutrition Oy käyttää kirjautumistietoja ja verkkotunnisteita?

PLuS Nutrition Oy käyttää kirjautumistietoja ja verkkotunnisteita, joihin sisältyvät muun muassa IP-osoitteet, internet-palveluntarjoajat (ISP) sekä selaimen tyyppi ja versio, vierailtu sivu sekä vierailun ajankohta.

Näitä tietoja käsitellään seuraaviin tarkoituksiin:

Sivuston hallinnointi ja turvallisuus (Oikeusperuste: Oikeutettu etu)
- Trendien analysointiin, Sivuston hallinnointiin sekä tietoturvan varmistamiseen.
Käyttäjien liikkeen seuranta ja Sivuston kehittäminen (Oikeusperuste: Suostumus tai Oikeutettu etu)
- Käyttäjien liikkumisen seuraamiseen ja laajemman demografisen tiedon keräämiseen Palvelun kehittämiseksi. Huomaa: Analyysitarkoituksiin käytettäviin evästeisiin ja muihin tunnisteisiin tarvitaan yleensä Käyttäjän suostumus.

Mihin henkilötietoihin kumppaneilla ja palveluntarjoajilla on pääsy?

PLuS Nutrition Oy tekee ja jatkaa yhteistyötä useiden kolmannen osapuolen palveluntarjoajien kanssa (jäljempänä ’Käsittelijät’).

Tällaisilla käsittelijöillä voi olla pääsy tiettyihin Henkilötietoihin ainoastaan siinä laajuudessa kuin se on tarpeen Palvelun toteuttamiseksi (esim. maksut, toimitus, tekninen tuki).

Vastuukysymykset

Meidän tietosuojaselosteemme kattaa kaiken Henkilötietojen käsittelyn, jota Käsittelijät suorittavat meidän puolestamme.

Käsittelijämme on velvoitettu käsittelemään tietojasi GDPR:n mukaisesti ja vain meidän antamiemme ohjeiden mukaan. PLuS Nutrition Oy on vastuussa siitä, että palveluntarjoajamme noudattavat asianmukaisia tietosuojakäytäntöjä.

Miten Henkilötietoja suojataan?

PLuS Nutrition Oy on sitoutunut suojaamaan Henkilötietoja ja ylläpitämään asianmukaista tietoturvan tasoa.

Tietoturvatoimenpiteemme sisältävät:

Sisäinen valvonta: Kaikki työntekijämme ovat perehtyneet turvallisuuspolitiikkaamme ja käytäntöihimme.
Pääsynhallinta: Henkilötietoihin on pääsy rajoitetulla määrällä valtuutettuja työntekijöitä, jotka tarvitsevat pääsyä työtehtäviensä hoitamiseen. Pääsy edellyttää henkilökohtaista salasanaa.
Prosessit ja auditointi: Auditoimme turvajärjestelmiämme ja prosessejamme säännöllisesti.
Salaus: Arkaluonteiset tiedot, kuten maksukorttien numerot tai muut tunnistetiedot, suojataan alan standardien mukaisilla salausprotokollilla tiedonsiirron aikana.

Vaikka käytämme kaupallisesti kohtuullisia toimenpiteitä Sivuston ja tietokantojen turvaamiseksi, sähköiseen viestintään ja tietokantoihin liittyy aina riskejä, emmekä voi taata tai vakuuttaa, etteivät tällaiset tapahtumat koskaan toteudu. Pyrimme kuitenkin aina noudattamaan huolellisuusvelvoitettamme henkilötietojen suojaamisessa.

Miten voit oikaista Henkilötiedoissa olevat virheet?

Käyttäjillä ja Asiakkailla on oikeus vaatia virheellisten tai puutteellisten Henkilötietojensa oikaisemista viipymättä.

Voiko Käyttäjä poistaa Sivuston keräämät Henkilötiedot?

Käyttäjillä ja Asiakkailla on oikeus vaatia Henkilötietojensa poistamista (oikeus tulla unohdetuksi) ottamalla meihin yhteyttä.

Toteutamme poistopyynnöt viipymättä ja poistamme tiedot välittömästi kaikista aktiivisista järjestelmistämme. Tämän jälkeen Henkilötietoihin ei ole enää pääsyä, eikä niitä enää myydä, siirretä tai käytetä mihinkään tarkoitukseen.

Varmuuskopiot: Varmuuskopioiden vuoksi tiedot voivat säilyä rajoitetun ajan arkistossamme. Pyrimme kuitenkin siihen, että tiedot poistetaan varmuuskopioista kohtuullisen ajan kuluessa niiden luomisesta, eikä niitä palauteta aktiiviseen käyttöön.

Lasten tietosuoja

Palvelumme ei ole suunnattu lapsille, eli alle 13-vuotiaille henkilöille. Emme tietoisesti kerää Henkilötietoja alle 13-vuotiailta lapsilta.

Jos olet vanhempi tai huoltaja ja tiedät, että lapsesi on antanut meille Henkilötietoja, pyydämme ottamaan meihin välittömästi yhteyttä antamiemme yhteystietojen kautta. Mikäli saamme tietoomme, että alle 13-vuotiaat lapset ovat antaneet henkilötietoja, poistamme tiedot palvelimiltamme viipymättä.

Lainsäädännön noudattaminen ja oikeudelliset velvoitteet

Henkilötietoja voidaan luovuttaa lain noudattamiseksi seuraavilla oikeusperusteilla:

Lakisääteinen velvoite:

Luovutamme Henkilötietoja noudattaaksemme tuomioistuimen määräystä, haastetta tai lainvalvontaviranomaisen pyyntöä tietojen luovuttamisesta.

Elintärkeiden etujen suojaaminen:

Luovutamme Henkilötietoja, kun se on kohtuullisen välttämätöntä Käyttäjiemme ja Asiakkaidemme turvallisuuden suojelemiseksi.

Mitä tapahtuu, jos Tietosuojaseloste muuttuu?

Ilmoitamme Käyttäjillemme ja Asiakkaillemme Tietosuojaselosteemme muutoksista julkaisemalla muutokset Sivustolla.

Mikäli muutamme Tietosuojaselostetta tavalla, joka saattaisi johtaa sellaisten Henkilötietojen luovuttamiseen, joiden luovuttamista Käyttäjä tai Asiakas on aiemmin pyytänyt olemaan luovuttamatta, otamme kyseiseen Käyttäjään tai Asiakkaaseen yhteyttä ja annamme hänelle mahdollisuuden estää tällainen luovutus.

Automatisoitu päätöksenteko ja profilointi

Emme käytä Henkilötietojasi sellaiseen automatisoituun päätöksentekoon tai profilointiin, jolla olisi sinua koskevia oikeusvaikutuksia tai joka vaikuttaisi sinuun vastaavalla tavalla merkittävästi.

Henkilötietojen lähteet

Keräämme Henkilötiedot ensisijaisesti suoraan rekisteröidyltä itseltään hänen täyttäessään Sivustolla lomakkeita, tehdessään tilauksia tai ottaessaan meihin yhteyttä.

Tilaus- ja sopimusprosessi

Tilauksen peruuttaminen (ennen toimitusta): Asiakkaalla on oikeus peruuttaa tilaus ilmoittamalla siitä Palveluntarjoajalle sähköpostitse osoitteeseen info@plusnutrition.fi, ennen kuin tilaus on ehditty käsitellä ja lähettää. Jos tilaus on jo lähetetty, sovelletaan peruuttamisoikeutta koskevia ehtoja.

Sopimuksen syntyminen: Asiakkaan tekemä tilaus (sähköinen tilaus) katsotaan sitovaksi ostotarjoukseksi. Sitova kauppasopimus Palveluntarjoajan ja Asiakkaan välillä syntyy, kun Palveluntarjoaja on lähettänyt Asiakkaalle sähköpostitse tilausvahvistuksen, joka sisältää tilatut tuotteet ja niiden kokonaishinnan.

Peruuttamisoikeus (14 päivän palautusoikeus)

Peruuttamisen määräaika: Asiakkaalla, joka on kuluttaja, on oikeus peruuttaa etämyyntisopimus ilman perustelua 14 päivän kuluessa siitä, kun hän on vastaanottanut tilatut tuotteet tai viimeisen tuote-erän.

Peruuttamisilmoitus: Peruuttamisoikeuden käyttämiseksi Asiakkaan on ilmoitettava päätöksestään Palveluntarjoajalle selkeällä ilmoituksella (esim. sähköpostilla) ennen peruuttamisajan päättymistä. Peruuttamisilmoitus lähetetään osoitteeseen info@plusnutrition.fi.

Palautusvelvollisuus: Asiakkaan on palautettava tuotteet viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä. Asiakas vastaa tuotteiden palautuskustannuksista, ellei Palveluntarjoaja ole ilmoittanut vastaavansa niistä itse.

Tuotteiden kunto: Palautettavien tuotteiden on oltava myyntikuntoisia. Palautusoikeus ei koske sinetöitynä toimitettuja tuotteita, joita ei voi palauttaa hygieniasyistä (esim. avattu ravintolisäpakkaus), jos sinetti on rikottu.

Maksutavat ja laskutus

Maksutapa: Ainoa käytössä oleva maksutapa on lasku.

Laskutus: Lasku lähetetään asiakkaalle tilauksen tai varauksen jälkeen erikseen joko sähköpostitse tai postitse. Laskulla on seitsemän (7) päivän maksuaika.

Tilauskanavat: Tilaukset ja varaukset tehdään:

Suoraan palveluntarjoajalle.
Vello-palvelun kautta (Vello.fi).

Huomautus: Palveluntarjoaja (PLuS Nutrition Oy) hoitaa laskutuksen kokonaisuudessaan itse, eikä käytä ulkopuolisia maksunvälityspalveluita.

Hinnat ja Arvonlisävero

Kuluttajahinnat: Kaikki Sivustolla ja Palvelussa ilmoitetut hinnat on esitetty euroissa (€) ja ne sisältävät Suomen kulloinkin voimassa olevan arvonlisäveron (ALV).

Hinta: Tuotteen tai palvelun hinta on se hinta, joka on ilmoitettu tilaushetkellä. Pidätämme oikeuden hintamuutoksiin.

Toimituskulut: Ilmoitetut hinnat eivät sisällä toimituskuluja, jotka lisätään tilauksen kokonaissummaan eriteltynä tilausprosessin lopussa.

Palvelun suorittaminen ja sopimuksen täyttäminen

Palvelun suorittamisen ajankohta: Palvelu suoritetaan Asiakkaan ja Palveluntarjoajan erikseen sopimana ajankohtana ja sovitussa paikassa tai etäyhteydellä. Palvelun suorittamisen ajankohta vahvistetaan Asiakkaalle [esim. Vello-varausjärjestelmän] tai sähköpostin kautta.

Sopimuksen täyttyminen: Sopimus katsotaan täytetyksi, kun Palveluntarjoaja on suorittanut sovitun palvelun tai tapaamisen sovitun keston mukaisesti.

Hinta ja kulut: Palvelun hinta on se hinta, joka on sovittu varaushetkellä. Koska kyseessä on sähköinen palvelunvaraus, erillisiä toimitus- tai käsittelykuluja ei veloiteta.

Palvelun peruutus ja siirto (Peruutusehdot)

Peruuttamisoikeus: Kuluttajalla on kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 päivän etämyynnin peruuttamisoikeus, mutta tämä oikeus raukeaa, kun palvelun suorittaminen on aloitettu asiakkaan nimenomaisesta pyynnöstä tai sovittuna ajankohtana.

Sovittu peruutus: Jos asiakas haluaa peruuttaa tai siirtää sovitun tapaamisen, se on tehtävä vähintään 24 tuntia ennen sovittua tapaamisaikaa. Myöhemmin tehdyt peruutukset tai perumatta jättämiset johtavat siihen, että palveluntarjoaja velvoittaa maksamaan sovitun hinnan kokonaisuudessaan (No Show -maksu).

Peruutusilmoitus: Kaikki peruutukset tai siirrot on tehtävä suoraan esim. Vello-järjestelmän kautta tai sähköpostitse osoitteeseen info@plusnutrition.fi].

Tietojen siirto EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle

Emme siirrä Henkilötietoja EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen (ETA) ulkopuolelle.

Welcome to https://www.plusnutrition.fi (the “Site”).

We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This Privacy Notice governs our personal data processing policies concerning all users who visit the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and customers who register to transact business and make use of the various services offered by PLuS Nutrition Oy (collectively, “Services”) (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”).

This Notice fulfills the information obligations set out by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act.

“Personal Data”

”Personal Data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject).

Such information includes, but is not limited to: name, address, phone number, email address, financial information, national identification number, or other online identifiers (such as IP addresses). Personal Data does not include information that has been anonymized so that it can no longer be related to an identified or identifiable natural person.

What Personal Data do we collected?

We may collect basic user profile information from all Users visiting our Site. From our Customers, we collect the following additional information, which is necessary for the delivery of the Service and fulfillment of the contract: name, email address, phone number, club, team, company, address.

To whom is the data disclosed?

In addition to our direct collection of information, data is collected by certain third-party service providers that we use to implement the Service (such as payment service providers, logistics partners, and IT service providers).

We also use other third parties who may collect data independently (e.g., social media services via cookies).

We (as the data controller) are responsible for ensuring that all our service providers process personal data lawfully and in accordance with our instructions.

How do we use Personal Data?

We use Personal Data for the following purposes, each supported by a lawful basis:

1. Service Provision and Contract Fulfilment (Legal Basis: Contract):

To customize the Site, make appropriate service offerings, and fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site.

2. Customer Communication and Responding to Inquiries (Legal Basis: Contract / Legitimate Interest):

With whom is Personal Data shared or disclosed?

We share Personal Data only to the necessary extent with the following parties:

Technical Service Provision: Third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, IT services) who process data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have mandatory Data Processing Agreements in place with them.

Sharing Aggregated Information:

We may share anonymised or aggregated data (which is no longer Personal Data) with our affiliated agencies and third-party vendors for marketing purposes or Site development.

Users and Customers have the right to demand the erasure of their Personal Data (the right to be forgotten) by contacting us.

We implement erasure requests without undue delay and immediately delete the data from all active systems. After this, the Personal Data is no longer accessible, nor will it be sold, transferred, or used for any purpose moving forward.

Backups: Due to backups, the data may remain in our archives for a limited period. However, we strive to ensure that the data is deleted from backups within a reasonable time after their creation and will not be restored for active use.

We will let our Users and Customers know about changes to our Privacy Notice by posting such changes on the Site.

However, if we are changing our Privacy Notice in a manner that might cause the disclosure of Personal Data that a User or Customer has previously requested not to be disclosed, we will contact such User or Customer to allow them to prevent such disclosure.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We do not use your Personal Data for automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

Sources of Personal Data

We primarily collect Personal Data directly from the data subject themselves when they fill out forms on the Site, place orders, or contact us.

Order and Contract Process

Formation of the Contract: An order placed by the Customer (an electronic order) is considered a binding offer to purchase. A binding sales contract between the Service Provider and the Customer is formed when the Service Provider has sent the Customer an order confirmation via email, which includes the ordered products and their total price.

Order Cancellation (prior to delivery): The Customer has the right to cancel an order by notifying the Service Provider via email at info@plusnutrition.fi, before the order has been processed and dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, the terms concerning the right of withdrawal shall apply.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Right of Return)

Withdrawal Period: A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which they received the ordered products or the last batch of products.

Notification of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Service Provider of their decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the withdrawal period has expired. The withdrawal notification must be sent to info@plusnutrition.fi.

Return Obligation: The Customer must return the products without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification. The Customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the Service Provider has indicated that it will bear those costs.

Condition of Goods: Returned products must be in a resalable condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened food supplement packaging) if the seal has been broken.

Payment Methods and Invoicing

Payment Method: The only payment method currently in use is invoice.

Invoicing: The invoice will be sent to the customer separately after the order or reservation has been placed, either via email or post. The invoice has a payment term of seven (7) days.

Order Channels: Orders and reservations are placed:

Via directly with the Service Provider.
Through the Vello service (Vello.fi).

Note: The Service Provider (PLuS Nutrition Oy) handles the invoicing entirely in-house and does not use external payment intermediary services (such as Paytrail or Stripe).

Pricing and Value-Added Tax (VAT)

Consumer Prices: All prices listed on the Site and in the Service are presented in Euros (€) and include the Value-Added Tax (VAT) currently in force in Finland.

Price: The price of the product or service is the price indicated at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to change prices.

Delivery Costs: The stated prices do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total order sum and itemized at the end of the order process.

Service Provision and Contract Fulfilment

Time of Service Provision: The Service is provided at a mutually agreed time and at the agreed location or via remote connection. The time of service provision is confirmed to the Customer via [e.g., the Vello booking system] or email.

Fulfillment of the Contract: The contract is considered fulfilled when the Service Provider has executed the agreed service or appointment accordingusly to the agreed duration.

Pricing and Costs: The price of the Service is the price agreed upon at the time of booking. Since this is an electronic service reservation, no separate delivery or handling costs are charged.

Service Cancellation and Rescheduling (Cancellation Policy)

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer has the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling under consumer protection law, but this right is waived once the performance of the service has begun at the Customer’s explicit request or at the agreed time.

Agreed Cancellation: If the Customer wishes to cancel or reschedule an agreed appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made later or failure to attend will result in the Service Provider being entitled to charge the agreed price in full (No Show Fee).

Cancellation Notification: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made directly via [E.g., the Vello system or via email to info@plusnutrition.fi].

Transfers Outside the EU/EEA

We do not transfer Personal Data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA).
